  • Prices are displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP) and include taxes when applicable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

5. Refunds & Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality of Arca Coffee. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

5.1 Eligible Situations:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Product defect or incorrect item received

To qualify, customers must:

  • Notify us within 3 days of receiving the product

  • Provide proof of purchase

  • Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging

5.2 Request Process:

  1. Send an email to contact@arcanutrilife.com

  2. Include:

    • Order ID

    • Clear videos of the product and issue

    • A short explanation

  3. Our team will respond within 3 business days.

If approved:

  • We may offer a replacement or

  • A refund via your original payment method

5.3 Not Eligible:

  • Items that are opened or used

  • Requests made after 3 days of delivery

  • Minor packaging imperfections that don’t affect product use


6. Product Use & Resale
